Aquent is working with a leading household cleaning product client in Gurnee, IL searching for a Senior Designer for their in-house studio! The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and strategic designs that align with brand identity and marketing objectives in the digital space. MUST HAVE experience directing video shoots from inception to post production. 

**This is a remote position in Gurnee, IL that will require candidates to be local to the Chicago area to go on-site as needed for shoots and townall meetings.**

What You Will Do:

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute across a variety of campaigns and projects.
  • Displays keen attention to detail and upholds all work at the highest quality standards.
  • Execute digital content including, but not limited to e-commerce graphics, display ads, email, social posts, websites, and static and animated assets.
  • Develop storyboards for video content and animated graphics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize designs that effectively communicate brand messages and product features.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies (including AI) to continuously improve the quality and impact of motion graphics and video content.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and production quality.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
  • Attend and support on live production shoots as required.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • A dynamic creative portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including digital and social content examples.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Designer, preferably in a consumer packaged goods or related industry.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Sketch.
  • Knowledgeable of digital best practices and trends.
  • Excellent creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Wireframing experience is a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
