To support the head of social media in analyzing and reporting on global social media performance, managing and evolving our environment, automating data reporting, and developing statistical models to demonstrate the effectiveness of our social media and influencer activities.
This person must be highly collaborative as they will work and coordinate across teams (marketing, data analytics and game teams) to deliver their work product.
Responsibilities:
- Lead reporting, analytics, and insights to provide data-driven recommendations for social media and influencer strategy.
- Lead partnership with Data & Analytics team on social media and influencer connection to business impact.
- Analyze social media intake and workload and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Partner with the paid media and PR teams to analyze our paid, earned and organic content ecosystem with a focus on identifying the effectiveness and efficiency of our content.
- Host campaign and content retrospectives to provide learnings and strategic optimizations to content and the overall social media and influencer strategy.
- Partner with head of social media to present performance, learnings and recommendations to leadership (e.g., Monthly Business Reviews).
- Track and report on channel and content performance, setting benchmarks, and contributing to campaign reporting dashboards.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $49.49 to $54.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
