Your role in our mission

  • Monitor the security tools and systems that defend ServiceNow's production and corporate environment
  • Determine relationships between seemingly unrelated events through deductive reasoning
  • Come up with ways to do things faster, better and more effectively
  • You will work with teams to maintain up-to-date baselines for the secure configuration and operations of all in-place devices, whether they be under direct control (i.e., security tools) or not (i.e., workstations, servers, network devices, etc.).
  • You will participate as an escalation contact in the On-Call rotation, to ensure that Security Operations can respond to priority incidents
  • You may be called upon to assist with the deployment, integration and initial configuration of new security solutions or enhancements to existing security solutions; including network, and systems to improve overall platform security.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in using IRM, SIR, VR and other SecOps modules.
  • 3+ years of experience using ServiceNow Platform authentication mechanisms defined within the instance using JavaScript, HTML, XML, SAML 2.0, LDAP or OAuth2.0.
  • 3+ years of experience on vulnerability tools like Qualys, Nessus or equivalent.
  • One or more of the following certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Risk and Compliance, ServiceNow Security Incident Response and/or ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
  • Security industry related certifications a plus - GSEC, GCIH, CEH, GCIA or CISSP certification.

What you should expect in this role

All US locations will be considered, including remote within the US.

Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $88,800.00 - $126,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
