This is a high impact role involving extensive client interactions. The consultant is responsible for successful upgrades of Advent's products and ensuring seamless integration and operations post upgrade. This position may be based in Advent's New York office, Jacksonville office, San Francisco headquarters, or other major metropolitan area. Working remotely is an option as well.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Working collaboratively across Advent Professional Services teams.
- Oversee and implement APX and Moxy upgrades and patch releases
- Analyzing customer's business and technical requirements.
- Analyze integration points in client workflows and Advent products based on their business needs
- Installing, upgrading and troubleshooting Advent products.
- Configuring and automating products to best meet client’s workflow and procedures.
- Training clients on use and administration of applications.
- Manage time to maximize agenda and delivery of critical components.
- Travel required (up to 25%).
What You Will Bring:
- A blend of investment management and technical experience is a must for the job.
- Industry skills 4+ years of client experience in financial services.
- 4+ years working with financial services software.
- Comfort working with clients, working knowledge of asset management.
- Prior experience using Advent products APX /Moxy is a plus.
- Required Technical Skills: Windows, .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows server networking .
- Critical Skills: Exceptional communication skills, project Management & client Management skills.
- Self-Directed. Must be able to work independently.
- Bachelor's Degree
