Our client, an Investment Firm located in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to provide coverage from November 4th - November 22nd. They are looking for someone with a no task too big or small mentality as they will need to step in wherever is needed throughout the day. Hours are 9am - 5pm with flexibility to stay until 6pm.

Responsibilities:

Greeting visitors and directing them to conference rooms.
Providing white glove service to all visitors, taking coats, offering beverages, etc.
Ordering and stocking groceries and office supplies.
Light calendar management.
Ordering, plating, and cleaning up lunch.
Troubleshooting travel issues and rebooking flights if necessary.
Additional tasks upon request (e.g. emptying dishwasher, speaking with building vendors, etc.)

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a front-facing role.
No task too small mentality
Team player

Rate:

$20/hr
