QuadMed is looking for a Physician Assistant to join our team at our Quad clinic in Sussex, WI. Work with a tight-knit team to provide exceptional on-site Primary Care to our patients!
Clinic Hours: Monday and Wednesday-Friday: 7a-5p; Tuesday: 7a-7p
Schedule: 40hrs/wk
Job Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have completed a Master's Degree level Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
- Active and unrestricted applicable licensure and National Board Certification
- Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care
- NPI & DEA
- Background in working with pediatric patients a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
