Job Description:

Our client is hiring for Manufacturing Technicians! This technician will be responsible for assembling small to large electronic components from drawings, schematics and manuals.

Rate: $20 – $24
Shift: Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm
Duration: Permanent
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15238
SUMMARY
Assemble small to large electronic components from drawings, schematics and manuals.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Winding of heavy gauge wire and foil.
• Soldering wire and braising copper foil.
• Material handling of large parts and components.
• Crane operation to position raw materials and finished product.
• Assemble prototypes and small run production of electronic components.
• Apply insulation and connect wiring.
• Testing of electrical parts and components.
• Repair or replacement of defective components.
• Cycle counting component and finished parts.

• Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/ mechanical drawings and schematics
• Soldering and braising experience
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds
• Wire or foil winding experience desired
• IPC certification desired
• Manual Dexterity to Assemble Devices
• Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Analytical Ability
• Math Aptitude
• Organization
• PC Literate
• Ability to distinguish colors
