Job Description:
Apex Systems is looking for a Business Analyst for a local Kansas City. Candidate must be willing to go onsite and meet with stakeholders/the team.
Role Overview:
- Expert in people, processes, and technologies.
- Analyzes business systems and user needs.
- Creates user stories, captures requirements, conducts testing, and documents systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and documents business requirements.
- Performs process analysis.
- Plans and conducts functional testing and UAT.
- Creates business/system documentation.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree and 5+ years of experience.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with agile methodology and Microsoft Suite.
- Experience in Agile/Kanban work management within Infra/Ops.
- Product Ownership/Scrum Master skills are a strong plus.
