The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research & Development Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
Global Project and Alliance Management (GPAM) sits in the research and development (R&D) organization at our Company Research & Development Division. The Project Managers (PM) and Alliance Managers (AM) in GPAM are core members of discovery, development, CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls), Value and Implementation, and alliance teams at our Company. Project Managers drive these cross-functional teams to deliver projects and products that improve human health and our Company's business, and Alliance Managers ensure successful collaborations with our R&D alliance partners.
The incumbent will work in Value and Medical PM group within GPAM and will gain exposure to the activities of that the team does in support of Value and Implementation pipeline as they work on a special project under the direction of a Lead Project Manager. Special projects may include scientific congress planning, health technology assessment submission, medical education event management, coordination of strategic plan development, or other priority initiatives for the team. Qualifications:
Required Education and Skills:
Candidates must be currently pursuing a Masters' or PhD in business administration, health policy, medicine, outcomes research, pharmacy, project management, public health, or a related field
Candidates must have completed at least one year of study by June of 2025
Candidates must be available to work full-time for 10-12 weeks beginning in May or June of 2025
Preferred:
Candidates should have research experience
Candidates should have experience leading large multi-stakeholder projects
Candidates should be self-motivated, flexible, resourceful, problem-solver with a passion for science
Candidates should have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to work with scientific teams

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
