- Coordinate associate technology initiatives with stakeholders, engineers, and end users
- Develop and coordinate end-user and support communications across the enterprise
- Create playbooks, help files, technical documentation for end users and support teams
- Track issues and raise concerns to the engineering lead(s)
- Design, implement and maintain key metrics used to measure progress
- Contribute to roadmap planning and business reviews
- Contribute to and help lead team stand ups
- Organize and schedule enterprise-impacting changes with engineering team
- Support engineers with documenting and tracking product issues across the enterprise
- Drive process improvements to ensure solutions are modern, frictionless, and secure
- Manage and drive consistency across Platform Engineering teams
- Coordinate cross-team inquiries, respond directly and escalate to engineering team as needed
- Cover compliance and operational risks, develop risk management strategies
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience in Process management, Product operations, or Product delivery
- At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience with Jira or similar Project Management software
- Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
- 2+ years of experience working with platform engineering teams
- 3+ years of experience in Process management, Product operations, or Product delivery
- 3+ years of experience in financial, banking, data, and technology areas
