Summary: Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients to restore/promote function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, loss of body parts or developmental condition. Maintains confidentiality.

Required: Computer literacy skills. Current Oregon licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility and evidence of application for licensure.

Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach frequently. Possesses physical agility and adequate reaction time to respond quickly and appropriately to unexpected patient care needs. Must be able to see, hear and speak with or without assistive devices. Must be able to lift 50 pounds during patient mobility occasionally and 25 pounds or less frequently utilizing proper body mechanics. Needs ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on telephone. Proficiency in executive function skills, including planning, organization, focusing attention, flexible thinking/problem solving, memory, self-monitoring, and juggling of multiple tasks.
