What You Will Get To Do:
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with government regulations, internal policies and procedures.
- Conduct focused audits or other projects as identified.
- Provide regular updates and audit reports/findings to management.
- Identify and develop monitoring procedures as needed.
- Participate in internal and client meetings as necessary.
- Recommend best practices and process improvements.
- May mentor less experienced associates.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of work-related auditing experience
- Healthcare, specifically medial claims experience a plus!
- Able to keep abreast on industry standards, changes, and trends.
- Detail oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret and convey information effectively.
- Demonstrates effectiveness in interpersonal relationships including conflict resolution, diplomacy and negotiation skills.
