Title: Retirement Plan Fund Change Specialist

Location: Hybrid

The Plan Fund Change Retirement Plan Specialist is responsible for processing all Plan-fund changes, Mass exchanges and all fund related plan level items within each client platform. The role is exclusive to plan fund change processing.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Independently Process all Plan-level fund related items for existing plans, all clients.
  • Ensures all data and systems requirements are executed accurately.
  • Collaborate with others as needed to address system issues, training issues and procedural changes.
  • Engage with clients to ensure accuracy, post event confirmation, and process improvements.
  • Performing complex computations, understanding and processing numbers, and analyzing data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Collecting and analyzing information, assessing plan requirements, and generating innovative solutions.
  • Leverage data reporting to facilitate client optimization of actual value.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals.
  • Learn about new products and services.
  • Process complex and simple transactions for various clients such as mutual funds, defined contribution, and 529 plans.
  • Generate and distribute record-keeper data.
  • Exposure and training on various complex software systems.

The Impact You Will Make:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and work experience.
  • 3-5 years' Defined Contribution Plan administration Processing and/or Plan Fund Change experience required.
  • Proficient knowledge of qualified retirement plans and an understanding of financial on fund level processing.
  • General knowledge of Internal Revue Services and Security Exchange Commission regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel required.
  • Effective Communication skills required.
  • Superior client-centric and solution-centric focus.
  • Ability to work 6 days per month in the local office.
