This hybrid role requires three days of onsite work at the client's Irving office.
The ideal Art Director is a versatile creative with experience concepting and produces mostly digital assets for an automotive client.
Art Director Requirements
- Portfolio that includes campaign work across digital and traditional asset including email, social, animated banners, and responsive websites, as well as print collateral, retail signage / posters, and more.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere
- Proficiency in Adobe XD and/or Figma
- Ability to composite in Photoshop
- Strong understanding and application of design systems and responsive web design
Art Director Responsibilities
- Concept and produce digital (social media content, animated banners, responsive landing pages, email) as well as print assets (direct mail, dealership posters, table tents)
- Concept and storyboard animated display ads for development by outside vendor
- Composite images and concepts in Photoshop for both pitches and actual assets
- Design landing pages with responsiveness in mind
- Create and leverage design systems for landing pages
- Follow briefs and develop deep understanding of client brands and standards
- Concept and collaborate in a team environment
- Design concept imagery for presentations and pitches
- Work with creative team to produce new ideas for clients

Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
