Job Summary
This position will be a part of the Xfinity Retail Marketing & Merchandising team and will be responsible for supporting the Retail go-to-market execution of marketing and merchandising initiatives across all Xfinity Retail stores. Reporting to the Manager of Retail Marketing Execution while also supporting the Director of Merchandising Operations, this position will support the business strategy and goals by helping to drive the in-market implementation of all in-store marketing creative and merchandising programs, leading defined projects supporting the execution of resets and support go-to-market execution through communications and training materials. As a member of a cross-functional, fast paced team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills, project management capability and flexibility. Prior Retail Marketing/Advertising and Merchandising experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Core Responsibilities:
- Help develop and manage print signage tactical lists and ship lists for all Retail marketing programs and key initiatives for planogram planning, internal go-to-market team and print production partners
- Assist in management of the Retail go-to-market store reset sync tracker and meeting series
- Work with agency/creative partners for final creative visuals to support Retail store resets and store planogramming
- Manage planning and execution of new store marketing and merchandising kits
- Manage ongoing key in-store promotional and accessory creative execution
- Serve as key liaison with print production and execution partners
- Support Merchandising Operations by leading defined projects supporting the execution of Retail resets. Including, but not limited to planogramming, display planning and store execution readiness
- Partner with Retail Go-To-Market store reset communication and training
- Responsible for coordinating timelines, delivery, and overall project management for all defined initiatives
- This position reports directly into the Manager of Retail Marketing with a dotted line reporting structure into the Director of Merchandising Operations
