POSITION: Director, Business Operations Ecommerce, Site Merchandising Tools & Enablement

LOCATION: Bentonville, Arkansas (Client will cover relocation costs)

SALARY: $170,000 – $180,000

Join our client’s newly formed Site Content Strategy team within the eCommerce organization to enhance the digital customer experience.

This position focuses on developing Site Merchandising tools that:

  • Create operational efficiencies.
  • Are designed for scalability.
  • Deliver high-quality digital experiences for customers.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of transitioning large-scale, people-powered processes to streamlined, tech-enabled workflows, ultimately improving the content available to customers.

You’ll Make An Impact By:

  • Leading the development of new tools for site merchandising teams to create site content aligned with strategic initiatives and customer outcomes.
  • Developing tech-enabled workflows and integrating them across multiple business functions (e.g., Site Strategy, Merchants, Creative, Copy) to facilitate content generation and execution.
  • Understanding the tech strategy and linking key workstreams (site tools, personalization engine, front-end experience) to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
  • Partnering with UX to create user-friendly tools, capturing business requirements, and managing enhancement requests.
  • Collaborating with product and analytics to establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting that measure operational efficiencies and customer outcomes.
  • Reducing operational overhead by shifting from manual inputs to human-in-the-loop auditing of automated processes.
  • Implementing change management strategies and training plans for cross-functional adoption.
  • Identifying key business issues, clearly communicating findings to senior leadership, and advocating for necessary changes.
  • Creating strategic plans and aligning departmental resources to meet targets.
  • Developing strategies to attract and retain a skilled and engaged workforce by addressing capability gaps and supporting talent development.
  • Fostering an environment that emphasizes integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business, project/program management, information technology, finance, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area, including 3 years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer science, Program management, Business, or a related field.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive salaries and performance-based incentive awards.
  • 401(k) match and stock purchase plan.
  • Paid parental leave and PTO (including sick leave).
  • Comprehensive health plans including medical, vision, and dental coverage.
  • Additional benefits include short-term and long-term disability, company discounts, Military Leave Pay, and adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement.

Equal Opportunity Employer
