As the Director of Site Merchandising for Pets & Baby Products, you will play a key role in redefining the eCommerce customer experience. You'll oversee every aspect of the online merchandising strategy-from visual merchandising and content to functionality and campaign execution. Your focus will be on driving innovation, improving site performance, and delivering a seamless and engaging shopping experience that delights customers.
What You'll Do: As the Director of Site Merchandising for Pets & Baby Products, you will lead the strategy and execution to enhance the digital shopping journey. You'll be responsible for developing a cohesive merchandising vision that drives conversion and engagement while staying at the forefront of digital innovation.

You'll Make an Impact By:
- Creating an exceptional site experience - You'll drive the end-to-end site strategy for Pets & Baby Products, using customer insights to craft a cohesive narrative and optimize the shopping journey, from visual merchandising to site navigation, search, and new product onboarding.
- Storytelling through the site - You'll develop and execute a story-telling roadmap that resonates with customers, using functionalities like taxonomy and search to enhance the online experience and engage shoppers in a meaningful way.
- Monitoring performance and driving insights - You'll oversee the creation of site metrics and dashboards to track performance, delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders and influencing the overall direction of the site.
- Building strategic partnerships - You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, scale best practices, and ensure continuous assessment and improvement of the site's strategy and execution.
- Operating with excellence - You'll implement best-in-class workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into every aspect of site management while developing and coaching team members to grow their skills and performance.
- Leading and developing talent - You'll manage, coach, and develop a team of high-performing associates, ensuring they are equipped to succeed and grow within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience in eCommerce or site merchandising.
- 10+ years of experience in site merchandising, eCommerce, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading large teams and managing complex projects.
- Master's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
