Role: Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Insights
Location: Onsite / Bentonville, AR (relocation provided)
Salary: $130K – $150K (plus bonus and stock options)

Are you passionate about data-driven strategies and enhancing digital performance? We are seeking a Senior Manager for our newly formed Business Analysis & Insights team to drive the success of our eCommerce content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct data analysis to inform strategic business decisions, including the creation of standardized reports and collaboration with stakeholders on actionable, data-driven strategies.

Lead the development of performance dashboards, providing insights into site content, customer engagement, and conversion metrics. Tailor reporting to meet business objectives.

Define and track KPIs to assess site performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Develop and execute strategies to meet KPI targets such as click-through rates and content-attributed revenue. Regularly present performance results to senior leadership.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure buy-in and clearly communicate content strategies through effective presentations.

Build automated dashboards using Tableau, and train business partners on self-service data analysis tools to empower their teams.

Qualifications:
Minimum:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience

3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, or eCommerce
Preferred:

Master's degree in Business or related field
