Job Description:
Position: SAP SuccessFactors Administrator and ConfiguratorResponsibilities:
- **Data Center Migration Support:**
- Collaborate with the IT and migration teams to plan and execute the migration of SAP SuccessFactors from the current data center to the new location.
- Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process.
- Develop and implement migration strategies, including data backup, recovery, and validation.
- **System Administration:**
- Perform regular system maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage system configurations, updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors promptly.
- **Configuration Management:**
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
- Implement and manage role-based permissions and security settings.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design and deploy workflows, forms, and reports.
- **User Support and Training:**
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system-related queries.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for system users and administrators.
- Assist in the development of user guides, training materials, and FAQs.
- **Compliance and Best Practices:**
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement best practices for system administration, configuration, and data management.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration and configuration.
- Proven experience in managing data center migrations and SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and others.
- Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and security management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
