Job Description:
Role: Workday Business Analyst
Client: Large bank
Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC
Duration: 3mo contract, potential to extend/convert
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 2+ years of experience implementing and configuring Payroll/Time and Absence technologies, preferably with Workday
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience implementing and configuring Workday
- Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow functions.
- Experience with HR systems in a complex, regulated, global environment with with multiple integrations.
- Ability to operate as part of cross functional work streams in order to execute projects with quality and on-time.
- Experience as a part of Agile teams using JIRA and Confluence
- Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories
Responsibilities:
- Going through a huge project to optimize overpayments collection and payroll year end - comp cycles, benefit enrollment cycles.
- Must know Workday, Agile, have done discovery and can convert to user stories.
- Need HR payroll Workday modules - not finance side
- Test scripts/test cases
- Need HR Time & Absence workday modules
