This role is part of the Global Operations team operating out of the US, UK and India. This role will be responsible for Derivative change and on-boarding as well as relationship management. This will include business change relating to new products, clients, counterparties, prime brokers and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the CSSC, NITAP and New Counterparty on-boarding processes and workflows to ensure accurate recording of product approvals and timely implementation. This includes maintaining the SharePoint workflows and databases, reporting and prioritization of projects.

Manage the client change and account onboarding processes. Work closely with the client change team to ensure new fund launches are completed in a timely manner. Understand overall onboarding processes and upstream/downstream impacts. Work with Derivative processing team to ensure smooth transition to BAU and to ensure accurate completion of system setup.

Work on major product development projects and other strategic changes. This may include system enhancements, process improvements, new product implementations, regulatory change implementation and other business initiatives.

Manage departmental relationships with prime and clearing brokers and other vendors. Monitor service against SLAs, analyze trends, hold regular meetings to progress initiatives.

Provide backup coverage and bench strength to the North American Alternative Investment team. Learn daily processes for OTC derivatives, cleared derivatives, ETDs, payments and mortgage settlements.


Required Qualifications
Relevant industry and work experience in an Operations Department.
Previous leadership experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, to deal effectively with internal business partners.
Attention to detail and deadline oriented.

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work with team as well as collaborate with cross - functional teams
Knowledge of Investment tools - Aladdin, Bloomberg, SharePoint, Markit, etc.
