Warehouse Operator

Job Description

In this first shift position (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), you will be responsible for loading and unloading material deliveries, and staging material based on customer orders while also assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory.

Your role:

  • Incoming receipt inspections and inventory cycle counts
  • Operating a forklift, picking and storing inventory, wrapping or packing orders for intracompany transfers
  • Reviewing and fulfilling customer orders quickly and accurately against pick tickets, while printing, picking, packing, data entering and manifesting, and ensuring accurate order and invoicing for customer.
  • Sorting, organizing, and marking items with identifying labels (i.e. such as inventory codes)

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a high school diploma or GED
  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience picking/storing inventory as well as safely and diligently operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
  • Your computer skills include Microsoft Office & SAP (preferred)
  • You possess a positive and respectful attitude, work well with others, and maintain a high attention to detail with regards to safety policies and procedures
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Shipping/Warehousing position.
