Job Description:

Apex Systems is seeking a Jr Oracle DBA in support of a Federal client. The position will be working fully onsite in the Alexandria, VA area. If interested, please apply within.

Summary:

Position: Jr Oracle DBA

Location: Alexandria, VA area

Contract Length: 6 months contract-to-hire

Schedule: 40 hours - 100% Onsite

Requirements:

3+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience

TS or TS/SCI (preferred) clearance

Experience with installs on Windows or Linux systems

Experience with Oracle Backup monitor and restore, and patching

Description:

Works with a small team to support applications across a variety of networks to supporting the mission.
Communicates with the team to overcome challenges in the SDLC
Works closely with the team to support data usage across multiple environments
Supports applications in a variety of environments
Relies on full complement of technical and soft skills to support the mission
