Summary of Responsibilities:

Join a Great Place to Work! We’re adding a Total Rewards Specialist to our team to support and participate in the development, implementation, communication, and administration of the ATC’s total rewards programs including compensation, benefits and payroll.

Essential Responsibilities:

You’ll use your bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent total rewards experience to provide back-up/support to all core Compensation, Benefits and Payroll processes inclusive of annual base pay and bonus cycles for employees in Workday, market benchmarking in MarketPay, salary survey completion, review job design and support development of job descriptions, administer our rewards & recognition programs, support annual benefits open enrollment in Workday, etc.

In addition, you’ll support projects aimed at implementing new and/or improved programs and processes, collect stakeholder feedback to identify issues and pain points and translate insights into opportunities and action that result in process improvement, simplification and an improved employee experience and collaborate with the total rewards team to make data-driven decisions based on trends and insights.
