Reporting to the Senior Director of Meta+ TLL, the HPT Thought Leader Liaison will be responsible for developing a thought leader strategy and engagement plan for our HPT asset. This role is a customer facing role and will be significant in guiding near-term and strategies for the brand with thought leaders and working with a variety of cross partners to support the brand.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading KOL Strategic Engagement Plan for the commercial HPT team
- Commercial Cross functional lead for KOL engagement coordination and approaching, driving and leading cross functional task force
- Leading and developing plan and process to assemble and coalesce insights from KOLs to advise and, adjust strategic approach and tactical execution.
- Representing and being the voice of the TLL function on key strategic and planning task forces.
- Leading coordination with key collaborators as appropriate, including medical affairs, to support coordination of commercial advisory boards as directed by marketing.
- Driving speaker Bureau annual planning process (PW VDE management, HCP ANA coordination, Training).
- Supporting Society Partnership and exploring Congress opportunities
- Developing materials to support execution of TLL tactics.
- Encouraging positive relationships with cross functional teams, including the field sales and MSL organizations to develop market insights.
- Collaborating with a wide range of cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution across roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborating with legal, regulatory, and compliance partners to ensure compliant development and execution of all initiatives.
You will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Solid understanding of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proven track record to understand sophisticated scientific issues and integrate into KOL marketing strategies and tactics
- 7 or more years pharmaceutical proven experience with 3 or more years of in-line product or sales leadership experience
- Experience with leading cross- functional teams
- Strong understanding of the TLL roles and responsibilities
- Ability to lead optimally multiple projects simultaneously

We would prefer for you to have:
- Master or PhD degree in scientific field is a plus
- Experience launching or working with a newly launched product is desirable
- Experience in orphan/rare drugs preferred
