Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and understanding for various applications.
• Perform technical tasks required for project completion.
• Utilize Jira extensively in a developer capacity.
• Support server infrastructure and understand server support requirements.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technical tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong technical background with a focus on infrastructure and server support.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different technical tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Programming experience in any language.
• Understanding of APIs, server architecture, and server security.
• Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages.
