Summary

As a Lead for the Provider Enrollment Unit at Gainwell Technologies, you will be part of an innovative company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. Your work directly supports the Unit Supervisor, the Account Delivery Manager [ADM], Regional Leader, and internal business partners in achieving or exceeding contractual obligations and company goals and objectives.

Your role in our mission

In this position, you will:

  • Be the subject matter expert in Provider Enrollment processing activities and systems.
  • Support staff in executing enrollment processing activities and provide ongoing assistance and training as needed so they can perform their duties.
  • Identify and manage existing and emerging risks from multiple processing activities and assist in the implementation of mitigation strategies to improve performance.
  • Establish and effectively lead routines regularly, utilizing tools and reporting that will assist the unit leader in driving team performance.
  • Effectively cultivate and consistently engage in positive and professional working relationships with account leaders, clients, business partners and co-workers to proactively identify opportunities to improve the delivery of claims services.

What we're looking for

  • A self-motivated, talented individual with 2 or more years of healthcare provider enrollment experience.
  • Knowledge of provider enrollment business processes and experience with varying service objectives and technical solutions is preferred.
  • Demonstrated strategic initiative implementation and execution, specifically with operating policies and procedures and work process improvements in a business area.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite products and hardware and software applications to manage claims activities and back-office operations (Verint, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong written and oral communication and positive interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, customers, and clients.

  • Hybrid position that will work both in the Augusta, Maine office and remotely.

The pay range for this position is $43,800.00 - $62,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
