Our client is an emerging global fashion network for shopping, working with some of the most influential creators, artists, athletes, and celebrities. They are currently looking to hire a full time Talent Relations Director with a passion and/or background within the arts.
This is a full time role, onsite in Soho 5 days/week.
Our client is working hard to redefine creator culture! They're looking for a Talent Relations Director who will build and maintain relationships with a wide range of creators and creatives including stylists, models, DJs, actors, athletes, and celebrities - individuals who inspire through their creativity, authenticity, and passion.
This role requires someone with a deep understanding of culture and the ability to pivot between creative and executive strategy. The Talent Relations Director will lead a team of talent managers, executives, and coordinators, driving business objectives and developing strategies to attract and collaborate with world-class talent on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
- Driving engagement with the company's showroom, ensuring active participation on their app, and facilitating clothing pulls to maximize usage and visibility
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of talent relations professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and a shared vision for success
- Foster a talent-first ethos within the organization, placing talent at the heart of everything
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier talent and agencies to elevate the brand's presence and impact in the industry
- Continuously seek new opportunities and strategies to enhance talent relations, improve processes, and maximize showroom utilization
- Drive engagement with talent to ensure the showroom is a vibrant space for daily content creation, events, and brand collaborations
- Implement effective project management strategies to streamline workflows and deliver results
- Track and analyze partnership outcomes using key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing VIPs, talent, and creators at the highest level
- A well-established network of talent and agency contacts across industries
- Proven leadership skills with a history of building and managing successful teams
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
- A deep understanding of the talent and creator landscape, including emerging trends and opportunities
- A creative, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for connecting talent and brands in meaningful ways
