Full Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of five years of active Complex Program, Portfolio Management and/or Director experience.
  • Program Management and/or PMP certification required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred.
  • ITIL certification preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing / supporting large contract programs within at least one of the following: Army, Navy, Air Force, USMC, DISA
  • Minimum ten years of Government Program/ Project Management experience
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) Experience.
  • Wide range of methodology experience, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, certification, or proven experience.
  • Experienced with emerging or commodity technologies, such as Cloud, AI, Route Switch, Cyber Security, UC, Genesis, Wireless and Application Services.
  • Cyber Security experience a plus. 
  • Professional Services direct customer experience strongly preferred.
  • Tool Experience – Smartsheet, MS Project, Flow Charting, Salesforce CRM, PPM tools, and Service Now experience a plus.
  • Supply Chain process experience.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $124,000 - $155,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
