The Opportunity
Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Manager of Standards & Optimization to join our global Franchise & Owner Relations Group (FORG). In this role, you will be collaborating closely with Franchise Operations, Brands, and Hotel Teams where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee, test, and develop operational brand standards, with a focus on Food & Beverage (F&B) and spa services. As part of the global franchise operations team, this role will focus on more heavily franchised Hyatt brands, including (but not limited to) Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Hyatt Centric, Hyatt Studios, Caption by Hyatt and Hyatt Regency. You will have a direct impact on shaping the brand experience by refining existing standards, supporting quality assurance processes, and driving improvements in F&B and spa operations. This role also involves contributing to restaurant and bar concepts that enhance guest experiences while maintaining or lifting hotel profitability.
•Curate and implement minimum operational standards for franchised brands, with a focus on F&B and spa services.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on F&B and spa operations within the corporate environment (e.g., systems, POS)
•Provide strategic guidance on advancing operational systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
•Review and advise on standard operating procedures for hotel operations, ensuring alignment with global brand goals and best practices.
•Manage and cultivate relationships with vendors that support F&B and spa outlets, ensuring hotel support and accounting needs.
Qualifications
Experience Preferred:
•5+ years of experience with F&B operations and tools
•Leading testing of new/adjusted standards across portfolio of hotels
•Has worked in hotel F&B operations with understanding of P&L, channel mix, etc.
•Has worked in a corporate environment and managed multi-functioned projects
•Familiarity with Symphony and Infrasys
