Position: Sr. Product Manager
Location: Quincy, MA, Salisbury, NC, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Greenville, SC
Rate: Negotiable Based on Experience
Duration: 6+Month with potential to hire
Requirements:

MS Azure Environments: Understanding of MS Azure environments.
Tools: Experience with Confluence and Jira.
Leadership: Proven experience leading a Product Owner team and building products.
Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills with business partners and a strategic mindset.
Certification: Product Manager Certification is required.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with data flow through Azure, understanding of Unity Catalogue in Databricks, and ability to read Python code.
Industry Experience: Experience in grocery retail is a huge plus; general retail experience is also beneficial.

Description:

Team Management: Responsible for managing 2+ squads, each with 10-15 people, including Product Owners who will run backlogs and build out 6+ month long-term roadmaps.
Collaboration: Partner with Scrum Masters to ensure effective team collaboration and project delivery.
