Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Senior Golang Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance microservices and applications with a focus on cloud infrastructure using our private cloud and AWS. You will be working within our Enterprise Services team working on our LLM as a Service. You will be working on and implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) and manage services on Kubernetes (EKS and on our own Kubernetes as a Service in our private cloud). This role requires a strong foundation in software development, cloud services, and DevOps automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain microservices and backend services using Golang.
Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance cloud-native applications.
Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation and Jsonnet.
Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes.
Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Optimize cloud-based systems for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps.
Conduct code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

5+ years of software development experience with a focus on backend services.
3+ years of experience developing applications in Golang.
Proven experience with AWS cloud services.
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation (e.g., GitHub actions).
Strong understanding of cloud-native design patterns, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus and Grafana).
Experience with Git version control and collaborative development practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
