In partnership with our Finance, Legal, Compliance, Security, and Privacy teams, Comcast Enterprise Procurement has established US based contingent labor and services procurement program. We are currently looking to further expand our program to all Comcast geographies creating a centralized Source-to-Pay (S2P) experience.
The Sr. Manager. Enterprise Procurement plays a pivotal role in further advancing our industry leading program into a global contingent labor workforce solution to centrally orchestrate sourcing, contracting, risk and compliance controls, and vendor management activities.
The role is responsible for leading a team of cross departmental individuals driving global sourcing, procurement, and planning operations' goals and objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to optimize procurement strategies and drive cost efficiencies.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Comcast's contingent labor program including oversight of Managed Services Partner and Vendor Management System operations.
- Provide thought leadership, develop, and execute contingent labor strategies and Vendor Management strategies, and advancing Source to Pay (S2P) experience to next generation Procurement.
- Partner with Procurement category leads and program boundary partners to enhance systems and processes, strategies to drive workforce optimization, compliance controls.
- Support strategic, global, cross-functional operations and programs including managing expectations with stakeholders, identifying risks, and clearly communicating to internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and advance a team of professionals supporting contingent labor sourcing, contracting, resource management, and business processes.
- Leverage data analytics to generate actionable insights, drive continuous improvement, and enrich the program experience.
- Manages vendor/supplier relationship and interfaces with key executives on supplier issues.
- Coordinates and reports procurement activities, plans and results with key representatives across several departments.
- Assesses market conditions that may effect procurements, continually. Anticipates and formulates alternative solutions based upon market changes.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated Client-side professional services and contingent labor category management work experience overseen global contingent labor program in excess of $750M.
- Experience in leading Global VMS solution implementation with multi-currency, multi-geography, multi-entity, and cross border payment complexity.
- Deep functional knowledge on Vendor Management System (VMS) technologies such as Beeline, AgileOne, Fieldglass, and boundary systems such as Oracle Financials, Fusion, and Workday.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment, ability to deal with ambiguity.
