Join a team thatdesigns, develops, andintegratesNext Generation Avionics(NGA) solutions at our State-of-the-Art Deer Valley Avionics Lab. You will play an integral role, in maintaining the state-of-the-art Avionics Test Labs environment, Flight Simulation Benches and hardware configurations for on target testing the Next Gen Avionics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain state of the art Test Labs environment for on target testing of Anthem Next Gen Avionics
  • Configuration and management of Flight Simulation Benchesto support multiple user test environments
  • Insuring the usability of the Lab by maintaining the Micro SITS and Mini SITSin the correcthardwareand software configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and simulation issues
  • Completing newSystemIntegrationactivities for bringing SITS Bencheson-line and maintaining their correct hardware and software configurations
  • Software loading on Simulation Benches for flight simulation testing.
  • Initiateautomated testingto validate BenchIO configuration.
  • Troubleshootproblems with BenchHardwareand wiring to ensure successful simulation
  • Test data, reporting, andtroubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineeringteams including Systems, Hardware, Software,and Test in support of various aircraft platforms.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Associates degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Systems, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of Engineering Technician experience

WE VALUE

  • Experience withintegratedavionicsor related flight systems
  • Experience with avionics/flight simulation, hardware Test lab, HIL or related environments is of value
  • Experience with lab equipment includingoscilloscopes,signal generators, multimeters, emulators, logic analyzers, data analysis/test software etc
  • Experience withAgile development processes
  • Familiarity withsystem development lifecycleguided by FAA/EASA requirements
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
