Job Title: Sr Director Supply Chain Systems
(this position is Hybrid working 2 days a week in the SBH Texas Support Center)

Essential Function
The Sr Director Supply Chain Systems will be responsible for leading the business design, installation, administration and go live efforts of the SBH DC network modernization. Focus to be initiatives/SOP's that support enhancements to the supply chain technology suite as well as physical infrastructure changes needed to support changes in the business.
Primary Duties
50% Project Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale supply chain projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage project scope, risk, and quality to ensure objectives are met within the agreed-upon timeline and budget.
10 % Risk Management & Communication:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that could impact project success.
- Implement contingency plans and ensure smooth problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Regularly update senior management and stakeholders on project progress, including key metrics, risks, and milestones
20% Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including senior leadership, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication between departments (e.g., transportation, P&A, IT, and finance).
10% Supply Chain Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive improvements in key supply chain processes.
10% Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage project budgets, ensuring all financial aspects are within scope and closely monitored.
- Track resource allocation and work closely with HR and procurement teams to ensure the necessary resources are in place.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience,
- 7 years proven and progressive leadership experience in analytical, process and/or supply chain leadership
- Prior experience as an onsite DC leader preferred
- LEAN or comparable background preferred
Competencies / Attributes
- Proven managerial, communications, analytical, organizational, project management and planning skills.|
- Ability to travel to distribution centers in the US and Canada for working sessions and go live events.
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external partners.
- Ability to identify and articulate optimization opportunities during design working sessions a must.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
