Overview

As a member of the Treasury/Corporate Cash Management team, this role will participate in supporting cash management functions at both a corporate, restaurant and international level. In this role we are looking for someone with analytical skills, who can independently problem solve and continually seeks process improvement. Previous banking/Treasury experience instrumental in meeting expectations of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Support or be directly responsible for daily cash management activities at both the corporate, international, and subsidiary level.
  • Partner with our bank(s) to complete the due diligence in opening corporate and restaurant bank accounts.
  • Support Operators and team members with issues that have been escalated by our CFA Support Now team.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and how multiple accounting processes impact and overlap one another.
  • Serve as a point of contact for electronic payment methods for the business.
  • Maintain data integrity within cash reporting system to provide accurate and timely reporting for internal parties.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects, tasks and analysis to help support decisions, resolve issues or support other business needs related to cash management with a wide latitude of autonomy.
  • Develop relationships across the business to be a trusted resource and problem solver on cash management issues.
  • Project management of new bank accounts or bank products impacting Treasury, including testing of design requirements as necessary.
  • Various banking requests such as but not limited to: Letters of credit

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or MIS
  • 3-5 years of Treasury/Banking /Accounting experience
  • Analytical & detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple outstanding issues and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Aptitude for problem solving and innovation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of Treasury/Banking experience
  • CTP Certification
  • Experience in an international Treasury role
  • Familiar with either Alteryx or Tableau
