This is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite three days a week either in Los Angeles, CA, or Hoboken, NJ.
We are seeking a strategic, self-starting Senior Campaign Copywriter to develop compelling, insight-driven storytelling that translates across multiple channels, including full-funnel paid media, social, digital, email, site, print, and in-store marketing. This role requires an experienced creative thinker who can craft big ideas rooted in human truths while collaborating with cross-functional partners. The Senior Campaign Copywriter will primarily focus on Everyday Essentials campaigns-encompassing services such as express delivery and grocery subscriptions-while having the flexibility to support other initiatives as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Concept & Execution: Develop innovative, customer-centric 360 campaigns across all owned and paid channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and creative briefs.

Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to execute ideas that elevate the brand.

Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, cultural shifts, and emerging technologies to inform creative decisions and keep our brand at the forefront of innovation.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and brand consistency across all creative outputs, ensuring adherence to brand voice and identity guidelines.

Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve creative efficiencies while mitigating unnecessary revisions.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of copywriting experience, preferably within an advertising agency or in-house creative team.

Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution of 360 marketing campaigns.

Leadership & Communication: Strong storytelling, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

Fast-Paced Adaptability: Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a keen ability to pivot and problem-solve under tight deadlines.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.00 to $61.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
