ANDERSEN CORPORATION 

We are hiring for a Senior Business Manager - Home Depot and the individual will lead and develop the growth strategy for The Home Depot Install Services (HDIS) division and works directly with the pro and HDIS merchant team.  Individual is also responsible for partnering with Senior Director in achieving sales and margin targets and in the development and execution of the sales plans for HDIS and The Home Depot Pro. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish productive working relationship with key personnel within the National Buying Office and in the field, including:
• Home Depot Millwork Merchants and staff
• Field Operations
• Key Regional Merchandise Managers
• Works with the Senior Director to understand, identify, quantify and prioritize market opportunities.   
• Partners with the Sr. National Sales Director to develop and implement an effective Sales Coverage and Deployment model for HDIS and THD pro channels.  
• Works closely with cross - functional partners (Sales Ops, Field Sales, Marketing, Product Teams) to drive key initiatives that deliver on sales targets and programs. 
• Provide voice of customer and competitive insight into product development and promotional programs. 
• Other duties as assigned by Senior Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Four-year Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Knowledge of general business and Pro distribution and wholesale channel experience.  
• Experience selling to builders and remodelers directly or through the distribution channels. 
• Possesses a thorough understanding of national and vendor interface.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate data.
• A working knowledge of the window & door industry, products, competitors, and installation techniques.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Travel requirement 25-35%.
• Customer orientation.
• Results orientation.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
