Please note this role is HYBRID and you must be able to go on-site 2 to 3 days a week

Aquent Studios is looking to add to our growing team with this Global Beauty Brand! As the the Sr. Art Director you  will be both responsible for managing/mentoring but also hands on design including creative ideation, adaptation, to development

This role is HYBRID and does require you to be onsite 2 to 3 days a week
 

Required Skills:

• Must be collaborative, strategic-thinker, energetic, positive, self-starter, strong interpersonal skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, display to ecommerce
• Highly organized. Ability to manage deadline expectations by prioritizing workload accordingly.
• Listens and communicates effectively

Skills/Experience Required:

• College degree (BFA, BA, or AAS) in visual arts or other creative fields preferred.
• 10+ years creative or related field experience, preferably with beauty industry. 
• Demonstrated ablility to lead a team of creatives
• Excellent written/oral communication skills.
• Strong typography skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite (MAC-based) especially in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & Acrobat. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365. Computer literacy on Windows, iOS, MS Word, PowerPoint, OneNote and Excel.
• Project Management Skills are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
