The Spa Guest Experience Supervisor is primarily responsible for the supervision and support of the guest experience, overseeing the Spa Concierge and Spa Attendant team, as well as supporting the Spa Service Provider Team. This position functions as an integral member of the spa leadership team by providing a welcoming and nurturing spa environment for guests, and colleagues. In addition to performing the same duties as Spa Concierges and Spa Attendants, the Spa Supervisor serves as a departmental resource to all spa colleagues. Some additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Works to create and maintain a welcoming spa environment that embodies the core values of our property.
· Lead and mentor spa support team, providing daily direction, providing performance feedback, and ensuring the team is aware of current events, VIPS, protocols, and expectations.
· Monitor Guest Satisfaction & Feedback Surveys and report out on results to Spa Leadership and Colleagues
· Works alongside the team and oversee cleanliness and training of expectations in locker rooms, laundry processing (towels/robes/sandals), maintains refreshments, etc.
· Assures that required equipment and supplies are in good working order.
· Build and execute Spa Concierge and Spa Attendant staff schedules based on operational needs.
· Create and modify Standard Operating Procedures and training plans/documents for Spa Concierge and Spa Attendants.
· Participate in the interviewing and onboarding for new hires on the Spa Support team.
· Train and provide continuous constructive feedback and direction to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
· Handle guest questions, complaints, and issues and execute as leader on duty for the spa operation.

Qualifications
-
· Minimum of one year spa or hospitality industry experience, preferably in a high volume operation.
· Ability to create and maintain a positive, energetic working environment by sustaining high morale and productivity levels.
· Professional demeanor with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Technologically proficient with ability to quickly gain thorough working knowledge of multiple reservations software and booking systems.
· Previous experience in development and delivery of training information.
· Must be flexible and able to work weekdays, weekends, mid shifts, nights and holidays
· Must be willing to pivot their own schedule to capture the needs of the business
· Prioritizing tasks and handle multiple duties simultaneously while remaining highly organized with attention to detail and consistent follow up.
· Ensures effective resolution of service issues with a proactive approach to guest and colleague needs.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· CPR/First Aid Certification a plus
