Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role overseeing delivery
• Project Management: Advanced skills in project planning, execution, and risk management.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Client Management: Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Foundational skills in asking pertinent questions to grasp business challenges and identify key metrics or objectives.
• Developing internal communication skills, learning to effectively communicate with different levels of management.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, including requirement gathering, document writing, and support activities.
• A problem-solving mindset, contributing creative solutions to complex issues in collaborative team environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• The capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
