Our large retail client based in Tyler, TX is looking for a FULL-TIME Social Media Manager to join their growing team.

This role is 100% ONSITE with relocation assistance available as needed.

The Social Media Manager will be a key player in driving social media strategy for the brand ensuring the brand voice is heard via social channels by consumers, influencers, stylists, and advocates. The Social Media Manager will guide all things related to social media content, strategy, engagement, and amplification strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven success record and is determined to deliver results by continuously improving the brand's digital presence.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop a cohesive social media strategy, inclusive of brand-driving and sales-driving initiatives 
- Oversee day-to-day social media activities which include developing, curating, and distributing diverse content on all social platforms, 
- Drive customer engagement to help build a social community around the brand through thoughtful and relevant commentary 
- Partner with the Customer Service team for customer support, engagement trends, and volume of incoming inquiries while helping monitor the company's online reputation
- Curate and leverage vendor social media partnerships 
- Oversee store location management on social platforms 
- Audit social platforms for fraudulent activities, regional accounts, and scams 
- Collaborate with sponsorship and PR team to support earned media activities 
- Lead the development of an enhanced influencer community including brand ambassadors, and advocates, and partnering with internal store teams
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track and highlight community growth, engagement, and revenue KPIs  
- Collaborate with the in-house marketing and design teams to create effective marketing campaigns 
- Research and identify emerging social media trends, features, and innovative usage 
- Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities and platforms to encourage customer engagement and gain insights into customer behavior and buying patterns 
- Create and execute special projects as assigned or needed 
- Ensure all materials are on time, error-free, and optimized to deliver on key performance indicators 
- Manage and mentor Content Coordinator

Social Media Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in social media marketing
- Proven working experience and success in growing brands using differing strategies on multiple social media platforms 

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
