As a Service & Repair Technician Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing exceptional service and repair solutions to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of service and repair operations, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be key in diagnosing and resolving complex issues.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our organization by delivering high-quality service and repair solutions to our customers. You will be accountable for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and systems. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our service and repair operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* 1st shift 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday

* Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues
* Perform repairs and maintenance on various equipment and systems
* Ensure timely and efficient delivery of service and repair solutions
* Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities
* Work with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and escalations

*Active participation in all aspects of the HEM Configuration and Depot process.

*Configuring and deploying customer's Handheld Products. Ex: Honeywell / Samsung / Apple / Zebra devices

* Assists in lab continuous improvement efforts (i.e., process improvement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, cost reduction)

*Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

US Person Requirements

Due to compliance with US export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen, US permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the US

YOU MUST HAVE

* 2+ years of experience in service and repair
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment and systems
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
