Our agency client is looking for a Senior UX Content Strategist to support their team from February through mid March, for 40 hrs a week, fully remote.
Senior UX Content Strategist Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze content across multiple channels to identify patterns and issues.
- Define strategic vision for clients, including the role content will play in supporting the vision.
- Lead content efforts through information architecture design, content, and taxonomies.
- Perform content inventories, user research and stakeholder interviews to support optimized digital experiences.
- Collaborate with UX and tech teams to develop information architecture and website taxonomy.
- Collaborate with copywriting and digital teams to create high-quality, strategic campaigns and assets that fulfill client goals.
- Collaborate with visual design teams to maintain digital content and design experiences.
- Identify content needs and prioritize and execute the right content strategy.
- Support content development across website content, newsletters, blogs, social media content, advertising content, and sales enablement materials.
- Practice quality assurance procedures at each deliverable stage to maintain content quality.
Senior UX Content Strategist Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience leading content strategy development, with experience building digital products.
- Experience working on large-scale website / mobile redesigns or e-commerce.
- Experience advocating for content strategy best practices, principles, and methodology.
- Proficiency in providing strategic direction through to writing content that will be used for the design experience we are proposing
- Strong writer, with web writing experience and knowledge of SEO best practices.
-Financial services industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with common CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, AEM etc)
- Basic Sketch. Figma or similar tools experience.
