Our client, an association in Washington D.C., is looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to join their Marketing team full-time. In this role you will be expected to uphold a strong professional presence and communicate effectively with the association's internal partner groups. 

This is a hybrid opportunity, Tuesday-Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday WFH. Their office is located less than a block from the Chinatown/Gallery Place metro station. 

Senior Social Media Manager Responsibilities: 
-Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging social media content daily (static + video) on social media platforms 
-Day-to-day management and execution of social media campaigns (70% organic vs 30% paid) 
-Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers, increase sales, and measure, analyze, and report on progress 
-Create and maintain content calendars, coordinating social campaigns with email and other marketing campaign efforts 
-Work with marketing team members to gather metrics to measure/report on performance 
-Collaborate with internal partner groups and or the Art Director to create holistic and varied content 
-Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (LI, Meta ads, Google Display and Search)

Senior Social Media Manager Requirements: 
-Minimum of 5 years experience in the digital marketing space, preferably focused on Social Media -Bachelor's Degree 
-Expertise using social media platforms and social media management software (i.e HubSpot and Sprout Social) 
-Portfolio or samples from previous social channels you've managed -Experience with project management software (i.e. Monday.com) 
-Creative experience with video-editing software and visual design software (i.e. Adobe Suite and Canva) 
-Strong writing and copy-editing skills

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
