Full Job Description
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Expert knowledge of an ITSM and CMDB tool set, e.g. ServiceNow
- Current knowledge of ITSM systems design, DevOps and infrastructure as code principles, Linux, Windows, Azure, etc.
Education and Experience Requirements
- 5+ years experience with ServiceNow development and DevOps.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills, ability to work in a team and work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Required Certifications
- Comp TIA Security+
- Systems related industry certification
