Senior Sales Executive

Locations: Newtown, CT. New York City, Atlanta or Chicago | Hybrid l Remote

Get To Know The Team:

This Senior Sales Executive will focus on new business sales within the Banking, Treasury, and Capital Markets segment for the Treasury and Securities Solutions (TSS) team within SS&C. The Senior Sales Executive role is primarily focused on hunting for and generating new client relationships for the TSS team within a target market of Global Banks, Regional & Community Banks, and Credit Unions.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Develop new business for SS&C Technologies through lead generation, qualification, proposal development and managing sales processes to successful closure

  • Create and explore new business opportunities for SS&C’s Treasury and Securities Solutions (TSS) business, i.e. new clients, new services, new markets and geographies, and maintain a network of relationships.

  • Development and execution of new business sales by utilizing direct marketing strategies, sales force building, sales process management and marketing support materials

  • Develop and present sound business conclusions from gathered information

  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and their potential impact on SS&C

  • Attend and network at Banking, Treasury, Capital Markets and related Industry Events

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience successfully closing technology-based enterprise solutions and services to the front, middle and back offices of banks and/or broker dealers

  • Extensive network in the financial services industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with senior business and technical executives

  • Knowledge of Bank Capital Markets, Corporate Trust (including Issuing and Paying Agency), Treasury or Fixed Income Trading business and technology

  • Knowledge of Fixed Income accounting for bonds, funding instruments, collateral, MBS, CLOs & Swaps

  • Understanding of Foreign Exchange & Derivatives Trading

NY: Salary range for the position: 130,000 USD to 140,000 + generous commission plan. USD.
