Senior Product Manager, Sync Platform

Logitech's Enterprise group is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team responsible for the Logitech Sync space management platform. Sync enables companies to manage, monitor, and gather insights about their spaces.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will help drive the definition, execution, and delivery of new features and capabilities for Logitech Sync. You will contribute to the product strategy, enhance its features, and ensure a great user experience. Your responsibilities will include managing feature development and issue resolution for Sync Cloud, Sync app, and software integrations with our hardware products.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deliver features that align with our user's needs. You will gather customer insights, analyze data, and prioritize improvements to ensure the platform meets evolving needs. Additionally, you will manage customer support issues, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute significantly to shaping the future of Logitech Sync.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver product requirements for new features and enhancements for Logitech Sync.

  • Work with our design and engineering partners to create new features and improve existing ones.

  • Work with support escalation engineers, sales engineering, and our internal development teams to resolve field issues.

  • Communicate feature roadmap, key issues, and launch plans to key stakeholders and business teams (Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Go-to-market managers) for alignment with the release plan.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Product Management role.

  • Experience working on cloud software and desktop applications that support hardware products.

  • Prior B2B industry experience is a plus.

  • Navigated product scale challenges in a rapidly growing environment.

  • Ability to easily communicate complicated concepts to non-technical people.

  • Ambitious, hands-on, with a can-do attitude.

  • Intuition for end-users product quality needs.

  • Have a real passion for enabling collaboration between people and continuously improving that experience.

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 130,000 and $ 180,000. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
