Our healthcare client is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to work onsite in Kansas City

Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities to manage marketing campaigns and foster client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
• Oversee account management processes to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns across various channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
• Strong background in account management and client relations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing management principles and practices is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Healthcare experience preferred

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
