Our client, a Christian nonprofit in Plano, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager! For the right candidate, this ONSITE full-time role will start immediately. The Senior Marketing Manager will work to develop long-term marketing strategy and work hands on with a team of creatives to execute campaigns in support of that larger vision.
Senior Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Faith alignment with the organization
- Bachelors degree required
- 5+ years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel on short notice as needed
- Strong background in developing marketing strategy and creative concepting for messaging and video
Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated brand strategies, build, and execute marketing plans and internal communication efforts
- Plan, develop, and execute long-term messaging campaigns and assign team members to work related to those campaigns
- Lead a team and support multi-channel marketing plans and initiatives across digital and traditional media channels
- Oversee all marketing materials and ensure they are aligned with brand standards
- Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency
- Copywrite, edit, and proofread
- Work closely with Creative Director and Multimedia team to produce marketing videos from concept to production
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance analysis of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
